Join Kepos Street Kitchen’s Michael Rantissi at SIMON JOHNSON Cooking School in Alexandria for a Middle Eastern dinner party. Michael loves to entertain at home so this class will be a showcase of some of his recipes – perfect for a Sydney summer or for entertaining over the holiday season.

Michael will demonstrate three courses during this two-hours class, an entrée on arrival, a main and a dessert, and everyone will have the chance to have a taste. The food that he will show draws on the best of his childhood meals mixed with his classical training. Dishes have a strong Mediterranean influence with a Middle Eastern twist and will be inspired by seasonal produce.
