Frank Theodore is a legend in the seafood industry, with decades of experience and the knowledge to match. We are honoured to have him with us at Kepos Street Kitchen on Wednesday 23rd October, joining chef and owner Michael Rantissi for a celebration of sustainable Australian seafood.
This special, one-off occasion will see Michael creating a seasonal seafood dinner, inspired by his Middle-Eastern heritage and incorporating his signature Kepos flavours. Throughout dinner, Frank will be sharing his extraordinary knowledge about the culinary delights on offer, and guests will be privy to his passion for the industry.
Cost is $70pp for chef’s selection sharing menu.
